Shipping Rates

For our US customers, we offer Dynamic pricing with USPS. For orders shipping within Canada, we offer dynamic pricing with UniUni within major urban areas. Due to the Canada Post strike, outside urban areas we offer Purolator Ground, though our flat rate has increased. Purolator Ground is 12.99 within BC and 24.99 for the rest of Canada.

Free Local Pickup in Vancouver is available.

General Shipping Information

You will receive a shipping notification once your shipping label has been created. It may take up to 72 hours for the shipping carrier to activate your tracking number. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Simply Merino Co or the shipping carrier as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion if you need your items by a specific time.

Once the shipping carrier is in possession of the package, Simply Merino is not responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, and undelivered/missing packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Simply Merino does not replace or refund orders that are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier in these instances or contact your local police in case you think the package has been stolen.

Order Processing

We work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed by our team within 2-5 business days. We are a very small team, please be patient and kind with our team members when inquiring about your order.

If you need to make an adjustment to your order once it has been placed, please contact info@simplymerino.com right away. We cannot guarantee cancellations/order adjustments/or address changes, but we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Where do you ship to?

Pretty much anywhere! Canadian customers will need to order from our Canadian website for shipping to Canada. All other customers should order from our US website. Shipping options and prices are available at checkout. If no shipping options are available for your shipping address, please send us an email and we can provide you with a quote.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed during a SALE may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

How long does shipping take?

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping times are estimates given by the shipping carrier. Once the shipping carrier takes possession of the package, we have no control over the package or shipping time.

How do I track my order?

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It can take up to 3 business days for the shipping carrier to take possession and scan the package into their tracking system. Please be patient.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package arrives damaged, please email us right away with pictures. We are happy to help you navigate filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please check in with the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance with a lost package, please reach out and we will assist you in filing a claim. We do NOT refund or re-send an order that has been stolen and tracking shows that it was delivered.
