For orders shipping in Canada, we offer Expedited Shipping with tracking at the discounted rate of $7.99 within BC and $15.99 for the rest of Canada.
For our US customers we offer $8.99 USPS Priority mail with tracking.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed by our team within 2-5 business days. We are a very small team, please be patient and kind with our team members when inquiring about your order.
We work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make an adjustment to your order once it has been placed, please contact info@simplymerino,com right away. We cannot guarantee cancellations/order adjustments/or address changes, but we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
SHIPPING
You will receive a shipping notification once your shipping label has been created. It may take up to 72 hours for the shipping carrier to activate your tracking number.
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Simply Merino Co or the shipping carrier as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion if you need your items by a specific time.
Once the shipping carrier is in possession of the package, Simply Merino is not responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, and undelivered/missing packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Simply Merino does not replace or refund orders that are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier in these instances.

RETURNS
We will gladly accept any returns within 60 days from date of purchase as long as items are still in NEW condition (not worn or washed). Please send your items back to us at the address below, and include your name, order number, and reason for return with your item. We do NOT pay for return shipping.
