I am afraid to write this in case they sell out for good and I can never order more again! 🤣 haha I am going to be completely honest. I hated and I mean hated thongs before I tried these ones from simply merino! I refused to wear them unless absolutely necessary (ie the regular underwear line would show through the pants). But wow I have to admit I understand the appeal of thongs now. I forget I am wearing these! No chaffing or picking it out when it’s wedged its way too far up because it doesn’t happen. They sit and stay in place. Super comfortable, no seams in the wrong places (front or back). So so amazing! Thank you!

So … when I first discovered Simply Merino, I had asked if they would ever make thongs, because the others I had found previously just didn’t quite live up to expectations. Let me tell you how excited I was when these finally came out! AND when there was a pop up just down the road from me in Vic, where I would get the opportunity to try these on! Well, they were out of my regular size M when I got there, so I tried the S overtop of my leggings and they are a perfect fit! So don’t be afraid to size down a bit. They don’t stretch out like others I have purchased. And they are so comfy and wonderful! Enjoy!

How should I store my wool?

If you are not wearing your wool regularly, we recommend storing it in a cedar chest or in a sealed Ziploc bag.

How should I wash my wool?

Always wash your wool on a delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Never use bleach.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page contains a Size Chart to help you select the correct size based on body measurements. If you need any additional sizing information, please reach out to our customer service team. We know that online shopping can sometimes be frustrating, and we are always here to help!

Do moths really eat wool?

Moth and other bugs do like to nibble on most natural fibers, wool included. If you suspect you have moths, we recommend washing your wool, air dry, then freeze to kill any eggs that may be present. Storing your wool properly will prevent damage from bugs.

When will an out-of-stock item be available?

Our Fall/Winter collection gets fully restocked in September, while our Spring/Summer collection restocks in April. Small restocks are done throughout the year. Restock notifications are available through our website by selecting the size and colour you are interested in and then providing your email address.
